Tafazzi is a character created by Carlo Turati and played by Giacomo Poretti, a member of the trio Aldo, Giovanni, and Giacomo, whose main characteristic is self-harm. He first appeared on television in the program Cielito lindo on Rai 3 in 1993. He rose to fame in 1995 on the program Mai dire Gol on Italia 1, in a wrestling match in which he challenged wrestler Hulk Hogan (played by Teo Teocoli).
